Training Times

FROM JANUARY 2008:

Beginner 'Recs'(5yrs+)

These sessions are for only 1 hour. The sessions will be largely fun-based with slow, steady progression and games at the end. As beginners progress, they may be offered the chance to move to ‘intermediates’.

Fridays 5.00-6.00pm (1hr)

Fridays 6.00-7.00pm (1hr)

 

Intermediate 'Recs' (10yrs+)

This is intended for slightly older members who show more confidence on the trampoline. Learning to somersault will play an integral part of training. Intermediates will be able to enter competitions if they wish. If an intermediate shows sufficient progress and enthusiasm, they may be offered the chance to join the ‘squad’.

Thursdays 5.30-7.30pm (2hrs)

 

'Squad' Training

These sessions are intended for our more experienced, enthusiastic and determined members who are somersaulting confidently; who have a strong desire to progress and enter competitions regularly. Squad members will be expected to train in leotards and to bring their training diaries to every session. Conditioning and peer coaching should be expected. Squad members should aim to enter ALL competitions.

Mondays 6.00-8.00pm (2hrs)

Thursdays 7.30-9.30pm (2hrs)

Fridays 5.00-7.00pm (1 hr Intensive)
